What is Pack Perks?
Pack Perks is a set of partner benefits included with your Pack Membership Plan, in addition to the fencing, tracking, and support. Depending on your plan, Pack Perks can include TeleVet care through Pawp, food credits from The Pets Table, and travel credits through Travel + Leisure GO, on top of the accessory discount shown in your plan tier. These benefits apply automatically once your plan is active and there's no separate sign-up required with each partner. Perks and their value grow as you move from Bronze to Silver to Gold. Why do I need a Pack Membership Plan?
A plan is required to keep your collar active and access all your Halo collar has to offer. All Pack Membership Plans come with unlimited cellular data and automatic network switching on most cellular providers (AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile, and dozens more worldwide), so you can have continuous GPS with real-time location tracking and alerts. As long as your Plan remains active, Halo will provide all of your subscribed services and will also provide you with live support along the way.
How do I change my plan?
Log into My Account on halocollar.com. On your My Account page, you will be able to change the number of collars, change your membership level, add Halo Care and change your billing cycle.
Once your Plan is activated, some Plan changes can take effect immediately, while others can only be scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. You will see this clearly stated, and be asked for confirmation, prior to making any change.
How does annual billing work on a Pack Membership plan?
Halo offers an annual billing option where you recieve 1 month of membership free. The free month applies to additional collars and even on Halo Care.
You can switch at any time from a Monthly billing cycle to an Annual billing cycle from your My Account page. This will immediately start you on an Annual plan. If you are already on an Annual plan, a change to Monthly will be scheduled for the end of the annual billing cycle.
Can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan for a refund for any reason prior to activating your first collar. Once you activate your first collar using the Halo app, your Plan will officially Activate, and will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel prior to Activation, or submit a cancellation request for the end of the current billing cycle, by logging into My Account, clicking on Account/Edit Account Settings/Membership, and following the cancellation procedures described there.
