If you’re not completely satisfied with your Halo Collar for any reason, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund—no worries, no hassle. This guarantee only applies to purchases made directly on www.halocollar.com.

As long as you purchased on halocollar.com and reach out to our Support Team within your 90-day return window, you’re still protected. We’ll happily extend your return period while we work to resolve any issues—you won’t lose your refund eligibility during that time.

If you purchased from another retailer their return and refund policy applies.

Warranty Replacement

We've got you covered with Halo’s Warranty & Protection Plans

Every Halo Collar is backed by our 12-month warranty, starting from the shipment date—when purchased from halocollar.com or an authorized reseller. Collars we send as replacements are also covered under their own 12-month warranty.

Please note: Damage caused by your dog or by mishandling is not covered under warranty.

How warranty replacements work

  • Proactive replacements: In most cases, if a warranty replacement is needed, Halo will automatically detect the issue and our Quality Assurance Team will notify you. You’ll receive a link to confirm your shipping address before we send your replacement collar.
  • Manual requests: If you think your collar is malfunctioning and have not yet been notified, reach out to our customer support team in the Halo Dog Park™. They’ll troubleshoot the issue with you and confirm if a replacement is needed. If eligible, they’ll send you a shipping confirmation link.

Need coverage beyond 12 months?

No worries! All Pack Memberships include our Halo Protection Plan, which lets you purchase a replacement at a significant discount even after your warranty expires! And, if you opted in to Halo Care, you can receive an even larger discount.

Upgrade or replace a lost or damaged collar

Need a new Halo Collar? We’ve got you covered.

Whether you’re upgrading, replacing a lost collar, or need a new one for any reason, you can get the latest Halo Collar model at a discounted price—no questions asked.

Common reasons for a replacement include:

  • Wanting to upgrade to the newest model
  • A lost collar
  • Damage not covered under the Halo Warranty

Who’s eligible?

All Halo Pack Members, no matter where they purchased their collar, are eligible for a Halo Protection Plan discount.

If you’re subscribed to Halo Care as part of your Pack Membership Plan, you’ll get an extra discount on your replacement collar.

What comes with a replacement?

You’ll receive a brand-new Halo Collar Kit, complete with the latest hardware version—so you’re always up to date.

How to purchase a low cost replacement

It’s easy! Just log in to MyAccount and select “Redeem Halo Care or Protection” to get started.

Please note: Once you order a replacement, your previous collar (based on the serial number you select) will be deactivated and will no longer provide protection for your dog.
